About
Clean Clothing publishes Caribbean design.
Clean Clothing was established in 2008 through screen printing, independent apparel, skate shops, pop-ups, and direct ecommerce in Miami. That era remains part of the brand’s archive and provenance.
The studio is now being rebuilt from The Bahamas with a wider Caribbean horizon. The work is not being framed as another generic clothing relaunch. It is being positioned as a design publisher, studio, and cultural commerce platform.
Artwork comes first. Apparel, prints, books, objects, and accessories are different ways to experience and collect that work in physical form.
Principles
- Thoughtful production over disposable fast-fashion culture.
- Water-based inks, durable goods, and responsible sourcing where practical.
- Artist collaboration as a core publishing method, not a marketing add-on.
- Long-term expansion into physical Caribbean locations and editions.
What the studio makes
Apparel, prints, objects, collaborations, research-driven collections, and other physical editions that help Caribbean-focused work circulate clearly and last longer.
Operational context
Clean Clothing is operated within the wider Dunmore Industrial Systems structure, but it retains its own voice, history, and editorial identity.
